01Subject

These terms govern the use of the jobunt.ch website and the Jobunt service, free or paid, between you and Landry Dubosson, trading as Jobunt (see the legal notice).

You accept them when you create your account. The version accepted and its date are recorded with your account. They remain available on this page.

02The service

Jobunt is a tool to help you look for work in Switzerland. It lets you search for companies and job listings from public sources, draft cover letters and application emails with your Gemini API key, then send these applications from your own mailbox, follow them up and track the replies.

The company directory and the job listings are available free of charge and without limit to anyone registered, with or without a subscription. You can view their contact details and use them to apply by your own means, outside Jobunt.

Jobunt does not introduce any candidate to employers, receives no commission on any hiring and plays no part in the relationship between you and an employer. Employers pay nothing and receive no data about you from Jobunt: only the applications you send yourself reach them.

03Account

You must be 16 or older to create an account. You provide a valid email address, which you confirm, and accurate information.

An account is personal: one person, one account. You keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else may have used it.

04Your Gemini key and your mailbox

To draft and send, Jobunt uses your own Gemini API key and your mailbox's app password. You must be entitled to use them. Their use remains subject to your terms with Google and with your email provider, including their sending limits.

Any paid tier at Google is billed by Google, not by Jobunt. You can revoke this access at any time at Google and at your email provider, or ask us to delete it.

05Your content

Your CV, letters and emails remain yours. You allow us to store, process and transmit them only as far as necessary to provide the service, and for the lifetime of your account.

You warrant that this content is accurate, infringes nobody's rights, and that you may include the third-party data it contains, such as that of your referees.

06Texts drafted by AI

The letters and emails suggested by Jobunt are drafts written by an AI. They may contain errors or invented information. Read and correct each text before sending it.

You are the author of what you send, and you may freely use the texts drafted for you. Jobunt claims no rights in them.

07Acceptable use

You use Jobunt for your own job search, and within the law. What you send must be genuine applications: you must not send messages in bulk or unrelated to a job, or keep writing to a recruiter who has asked you to stop.

Directory and job data are for your applications only. You may not use it for marketing, resell it or build a mailing list from it, or extract it automatically.

It is also forbidden to overload the service, to circumvent its protections, limits, quotas or authentication, to impersonate another person, or to send unlawful, misleading, defamatory or malicious content.

08Plans and prices

Jobunt offers a free plan and a paid “Pro” plan. Both give the same full and unlimited access to the company directory and the job listings. They differ only in the number of applications Jobunt can draft and send for you each day: 3 on the free plan, 20 on Pro. The price and content of each plan are shown on the Pricing page; for Pro, those displayed when you subscribe apply.

The Pro subscription pays only for this drafting and sending service. It gives access to no additional company, job or contact details, and no part of the directory or the job listings is reserved for subscribers.

Prices shown are final prices: in Swiss francs from Switzerland, in euros from abroad. We may change the free plan at any time; access to the directory and the job listings remains free for everyone registered.

A change to the Pro price only applies from the next renewal. It is announced to you by email at least 30 days in advance; you can cancel before it takes effect.

09Subscribing to Pro

You choose the plan, one month or three months, on the Pricing page or in “My account”. You then reach Stripe's secure payment page, which shows the total price, the duration and the automatic renewal. Until the payment is confirmed, you can go back and correct your choice.

The contract is concluded as soon as the payment is confirmed, and the Pro subscription starts immediately. You receive a confirmation by email.

10Payment and renewal

Payment is made through Stripe, with the payment methods it offers. The subscription renews automatically at each due date, for the same duration, until you cancel it. Each period is paid in advance.

If a payment fails, the Pro subscription ends and your account returns to the free plan, without losing any data. You can subscribe again at any time.

11Cancelling the subscription

You can cancel at any time, free of charge, from “My account” (“Manage my subscription” button) or by email to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. Nothing is charged afterwards.

Deleting your account ends the subscription immediately. The current period is then not refunded, except in the cases set out in the refund policy.

12Withdrawal and refund

The first payment of a Pro subscription is refunded in full on simple request within 14 days. The details, and a model form, are in the refund policy.

If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By asking at payment for the subscription to start immediately, you keep this right: the refund policy applies it without deduction, with a full refund.

13Availability and changes to the service

We do our best to keep Jobunt available at all times, but cannot guarantee it. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, an outage or a cause beyond our control.

Jobunt evolves: features may be added, changed or removed. If a change significantly reduces the Pro plan, we will tell you by email at least 30 days in advance. You can then cancel and get a refund for the unused part of your subscription.

14Warranties

We guarantee neither a job or a reply, nor the completeness or accuracy of the jobs and companies. External sources (job sites, public registers) may change without notice.

If you are a consumer, the guarantees the law gives you continue to apply, in particular the conformity of digital content and services in the European Union.

15Liability

We are liable without limit for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability is excluded for indirect damage, loss of profit and loss of opportunity.

We are not liable for the content of the applications you send, employers' decisions, or third-party services you use with Jobunt (Google, your email service, Stripe). Mandatory provisions protecting consumers are reserved.

16Suspension and closure of the account

If these terms are breached, we may suspend or close an account. Except in urgent cases (security, illegal content, ongoing abuse), we first notify you by email, with the reason, and you can respond.

If we close your account through no fault of yours, the unused part of your subscription is refunded.

An account with no login for 12 months is deleted, after a warning email 30 days beforehand. Accounts with an active Pro subscription are not affected.

17End of the service

If Jobunt ceases trading, we will tell you by email at least 30 days in advance. The unused part of paid subscriptions is refunded.

18Intellectual property

The site, the Jobunt name and logo, the directory as organised, the texts and the code are protected. You receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use them for your job search, for the lifetime of your account.

19Personal data

The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy.

20Communications

We write to you at your account's email address: keep it up to date. You can write to us at [email protected].

21Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. A significant change will be announced to you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not accept it, you can cancel your subscription or delete your account before that date; the unused part of the subscription is then refunded.

22General provisions

If a clause of these terms is held invalid, the others remain in force. Not enforcing a right at a given time does not mean waiving it.

We may transfer this contract to a buyer of the business; you will then be informed in advance and can end it before the transfer. These terms exist in French, German and English. Only the French version is authoritative.

23Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva.

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
