Dear Madam Chair,

The board of Transports Régionaux du Nord is looking for a director of operations. For six years I have run a transport company of 120 employees, and I want to bring that experience to a growing public network.

As director of operations at Autocars Alpins SA, I am responsible for a budget of CHF 18 million and four depots. I led the switch of our fleet to electric vehicles, cut absenteeism from 9% to 5% through a new rota system and renegotiated our service agreement with the canton.

Your network expansion plan and your focus on service quality match my priorities as a manager.
