Dear Ms Zbinden,

Your hotel is looking for a receptionist for its front office team. I have worked on the front desk of a city hotel for four years and want to join a hotel where personal welcome makes the difference.

A hotel school graduate, I work at Hôtel de la Gare, a 110-room hotel, handling arrivals and departures, bookings in Opera, business guests’ requests and the end-of-day cash-up. I speak French, German, English and Italian and had the highest guest satisfaction score on the team last year.

The character of your hotel and the loyalty of your guests draw me: I like knowing regulars by name.
