Subject: Application for the primary teacher position (years 7-8)

Dear Head Teacher,

I am applying for the post of class teacher for years 7-8 at your school from August. I have taught at this level for five years, and your school’s digital education project matches what I am building in my classes.

A graduate of the Vaud University of Teacher Education, I teach a class of 22 pupils at Venoge primary school. I use differentiated work plans, work closely with the special needs teacher and ran an online class newspaper with my pupils.

The energy of your staff and the importance you give to cross-curricular projects make me want to join your school.

I would be glad to meet you for an interview.

Kind regards,
Marion Jaquet
